Mark. I was only giving advice mate gooing from my experiance. Go fight them not get angry at me. So you didn't know it was illegal now you do. The officer is paid to know the rules and enforse them. Any how if you own the hose and you do as some people have said and say youu broke down ect ect and they check to see who owns the house and they find out you do I would hate to be in your shoes. Also the verge is govenment property any thing from your mailbox to the road is. Anyhow you wrote u gotta be joking, before i go and pay ANY fine i always write a letter , complain etc. Well you wouldn't get any fines if you didn't do the wrong thing but hea that is my thoghts.
