I posted the question late last year. I ended up going to Phil Rhyall (Hope
I spelt his name right) from BRS Motorsports. He is a Guru with FJ20's. That
said, he has had my head since the beginning of December and I hope to pick
it up tonight. I knew Phil's reputation for being extremely slow, and
planned around it - but it's still very frustrating. If you need the head
back in a reasonable time from (2 weeks), I would have to recommend trying
some one else - as much as Phil is a great guy.

Another good source for the work is Graeme Wilkins at seven hills. I believe
he does some of the machining work for Phil. Graeme did my block (honed) and
it seems fine.

I'll let you know how the head goes when I get it back together. It should
be a good comparison, as the bottom end is still standard, all be it new
rings and bearings. Once I get it on the Dyno (later this month) I will let
you know the Dyno figure.
