You need to sit down and work a few things out.If you have a stroke
of 96mm and a bore of 86mm then the capacity is about 557cc per cyl.Then
you need to work out some combustion volumes.If the pistons were 15cc,combustion
chamber 47cc,gasket area 1.25mm thick 7.26cc and deck shortfall of 1.45mm
8.4cc.Add all these together to get 77.66cc then add this to the cylinder
volume of 557.645cc to get 635.305cc then divide this by 77.66 to get a
comp ratio of 8.18:1.The figures ive used are only guesstamates so you
would really need to find out the dish volume for the pistons,your combustion
chamber volume,gasket thickness(usually between 1 and 1.25mm depending
on type),and check whether the block has been decked.You may be able to
get a few more cc's from the combustion chamber if you need to get the
comp lower.Hope this helps.

32.1mm for comp height plus 48mm for half z24 stroke plus 145.9mm for
L20 rod is 226mm which is 1.45mm short of the 227.45mm z20 deck height.
