chris,

can you define a 'worked' L20B for us ??

200 psi @ crank speed to me indicates a standard camshaft with bugger-all overlap. you either have a new mild engine or you have about 13:1 comp with a 72-76 deg cam ??

my 76 cam with 11:1 comp only managed 160 psi (holding the throttle open).

sometimes when you clean down an engine when rebuilding, it is possible to get water in the oil. the water boils out of the oil after a few mins driving, however, i agree with terry. if there is oil in the water - there is definately a problem that needs addressing.

good luck.

cheers,

dunc.
