The
factory specs are the "distance between centres of small end and big end
bearings" which has to be what you asked for as it's the way that I was taught
to measure a rod. Some L18 and Z18 specs vary, the head volume is 41cc on L18
and 45.2cc on Z18, I know there are other differences.
I
thought Errol once said he has a Z18 manual.

I'm starting to get confused here
Errol said the Z18 rods are 3mm longer than the
L18
and at the same time I got an email from someone
else saying they are exactly the same and that perhaps errol was thinking of
L16 rods, cause I know they're 133mm
I've got specs for all the Z motors cept the
Z18
so I'm assuming L18 and Z18 specs are all the
same ?

Interesting, my listing (Nissan factory) has L14 at 136.6mm, L16 at
133.0mm, L18 at 130.35mm and L20B at 146.0mm but I haven't
got data on a Z18.

130.2
so are the Z18 pistons 133.2 ? or just 133
and my L18 listing is wrong
