You should be able to overcome an extra 75kg with and extra cam and two
valves, and with the Kw you're after an SR would nearly have to do it
cheaper per Kw than a Z20ET anyway.

Don't you love CAMS rule changes - they got us the same way with the Mobil
2000 run when we were preparing the FJ.
