I think you will be able to remove the steering box and spear with the
engine in.  Remove the box bolts, pitman arm and the column bolts.  The
shaft will have to be pulled through the firewall from the front so you will
need to lift the car up a fair bit to get it clear under the crossmember.

You can use a Sunny steering box to replace your original and bolt up what
ever shaft will fit. 240K and 200B both can be fitted with minor
modifications but I dont have any info on a 180b shaft.
