I'm using a custom core on one 1600 its 570x400x67mm core size but with end tanks ends up about 750mm accross.to fit this you must take out the metal support that runs from the radiator and down onto the valance panel. The valance panel i just cut to fit nicely surround it. The pipes i actually ran through were the old indicator n park light assembly were, and ive installed vt series 2 clear indicators n park light in the bumper and on the side of where the cooler sits. Its plumbed using 2.5 inch tubing and all went in reasonably easily. On my fj motor its only got a supra intercooler for now but that may be upgraded when the need arises. regards chris
