The Sumitomos are from a pre-87 Toyota 4runner, they will work with the 200B strut using the z31 rotor and disc, which is available in 4 stud from the non-turbo (5stud in turbo versions). I'd imagine they are the same calipers as the equiv. year Landcruiser but haven't checked to confirm this.
