Approx top speeds on the flat for a 1600 in street trim (950-1000 kg)
100hp 160 kph
150hp 180 kph
200hp 200 kph
250hp 220 kph
300hp 240-250 kph
400hp (probably disintegrate at about 260kph)

For comparison
Skyline R31 Silhouette Turbo 300hp 260 kph
Soobie (STi Apexi club spec) 280hp 275 kph (i.e. damn quick)

Depends on how much power you have, air friction would be your worst
enemy, the ammount of friction in air is roughly dependant on the
square of your speed, so to get from 180 to 300 you are going to need
about 2.5 times as much power just to cut a hole through the air. That
is just from a mathematical standpoint, I have never had a car that
could touch 200 so I could be talking shit :)
