After the qld datto club meeting tuesday night it happened to be raining on the way home. On one rather ruthless 1st to 2nd change my gearbox made a large clunk and made lots of grinding noises. All gears were present except for 2nd which acted a lot like neutral and made bad sounds. After driving round for two days without 2nd it has re-appeared. I pulled up at some lights and my gearbox was hard to get into first. It made a large clunk when it went into first. And now I have second back! What could have made 2nd disappear for two days? Should I be looking very hard for a replacement box?? Thanks list,
