I've probably got the saddest attempt but i will post a new one soon a much better one
when i get the problem fixed.
i got around about 165km (not sure, no speedo, don't ya hate that) with 5 people (they
were all asleep) in the car and my static timing running 10 degree's (usually i run
14) and my timing up in the revs fucked as my vac advance shit itself so my dizzy was
moving under pressure which put it out a shit load. but i only had about 10 litre of
petrol in the tank. i was doing 5000rpm in 5th (dunno ratio) diff (dunno ratio) 14"
195 60 tyres. but i do 2850rpm at 100kph. so i guessed :-)
my front carb wasn't sucking anywhere near enough air as it shouldv'e been either, i
tuned the carbs the same so the back was WAY WAY WAY to lean. i thought a pretty good
effort under the surcumstance.
dizzy getting fixed tommorrow hopefully, i'll take it in to work and get it re-curved
as well. I'll also be reconditioning the carbs tommorrow aswell. :-)
