Actually, Im pretty sure the law on steroes wasnt a law till recently (or July 1 or whatever)... I saw a 'expose' on one of those 'infotainment' shows... you know the type, young kiddies driving around late at night with their subs pumping and all.
It personally doesnt bother me about the stereo crap, meh, but the wheel stuff is a joke really, same with the exhausts.
