Mark, This is about 8.9 litres or about 60% of the supposed ideal. The 2.5 times is for ideal conditions I do not know at what point you start to get significant drops in performance. I would guess it would still be ok. Check the pressure drop in the plenum at wide open throttle with a manometer.
