Yeah, Datsuns are pretty tough. This was my basher until recently...

This was a '74 Datsun 100A which was unstoppable despite being FWD and
small. It could even cope with getting through mud and towing/pushing cars
and being jumped over ramps (never could get it on two wheels :-). I stuffed
the rear end pretty bad eventually ...

...and after I got an old Patrol 160 to do the work it was taken down the
scrapyard but even then it still went okay ...even though only three wheels
actually went round!. It never had any water in it ever as the first thing
to get stuffed was the radiator. Even with a cooked motor and blown head
gasket it still started first turn.

Datsun gets my vote!
