What are means for a engineers cert ? as have just done this charade up and looks like 
we need one : ( but we haven't changed engine capacity, no surge tanks, is know efi 
same size engine sure it is twin cam and got more grunt but is the same engine series 
(original cb-60xxxxx  now cb-80xxxxxx) anyone got anyclues apparently is for emmisions 
??  also should it cost $500 that we have been quoted or should we ring around ??
