david, not long ago i did a head change too and the fricken tensioner popped out.bit of a headf*ck of a job but yeh, the owners manual said the 3 cam sproket holes, one was for factory settings and one was if the chain had stretched to use that one. would it make much difference which whole you used. cos that was one of the only things i couldnt remember what it was on b4 i took it off hehe. would an hole be restrictive to the others?
