If you need some for your Z, I have some spare 1600 ones (rear 
doors etc) in unworn condition.

but  you can find a good spare from the rear doors of a 1600, or on an early pick-up 
as they are the same as a Z and seem to get less wear and tear as the doors are 
lighter and used less (depending on the car). 
Assuming  everythings ok, loosen the bolts and make sure the orig. shims are still 
there then tighten them so you can just move things with your hands and close the door 
slowly, this should give you a base to work from, also be sure the doors mechanism is 
tight and has a little grease to help it
