List,

I think I have found the clanging that was coming from under my car for the
last year. I think it is the tail shaft. Now there is grinding and
clanging and up to about 60K/h it shakes heaps. I tapped the tail shaft
towards the front and it makes the same clang sound, so I'm guessing the uni
joints are worn/seized? I'm fairly sure the clutch is fine.

How do I check to make sure it's the unis, take the tail shaft off? And how
do I replace the uni joints?

And I've also been thinking of replacing the diff for ages because it has a
lot of play in it. What sort of diff could I bolt on to a 200B with live
rear end that would have a bit more strength? R180 or something?
