I have the symptoms of a sticky throttle - revs hold or rise on gear change (only occasionally though) on my FJ20 Turbo, but there's no problem apparent when checking the cable operation in the garage. Can the ECU cause this through wiring or sensor malfunction or loose connection to a sensor etc. Haltech F9 takes input from MAP, water temp, TPS, air temp only.
