I've fitted both Honda Prelude and Nissan S14 Sylvia to the original Datsun
floor mounting brackets. On both installations I had to modify the bolt
hole brackets on the replacement seat runners by cutting or drilling out the
rivets then refitting to line them up to the Datto floor brackets. and the
front mounting bolt holes. The rear holes need to be drilled through the
Datto floor mounting brackets at the right position.

With this method, you use the original Datsun floor mounting brackets to
bolt the seat into the shell. No ergo tester so far seems interested in the
rest of the installation.

The seats are a hugh improvement in comfort and adjustment, vertical and
horizontal, look very classy, and only cost $250 for the pair. The Sylvia
seats even have power adjusters and a cable to connect to a memory.
