Hi Richard,
I have a 240K booster on my wagon.
It is a very snug fit upto the clutch master cyl.

I cut down a mounting block, normally used with the smaller 120Y booster. They are
about 50mm and I took it down to about 30mm.

Make sure the rubber reation disc hasn't fallen out, initially mine did, and the brake
pedal was extremely sensitive.

Graeme.

Hey Guys,

Tonight I got my brake booster in successfully, I just got a couple of questions for
you guys. Mine was a 240k booster and it hits the clutch master cyclnder, and the
wheel tower had to be panel beated. I'll try take some pictures, to show you guys.

Are there differant types of boosters on the 240k? and anyone who has fitted one, did
you have to fabricate a spacer? Or how did you go about it.

Anyway Im happy with the brakes now, it will take a bit of getting used to having a
car which can lock it up quite easily now :)

Richard
