Hi Richard, I have a 240K booster on my wagon. It is a very snug fit upto the clutch master cyl.
I cut down a mounting block, normally used with the smaller 120Y booster. They are about 50mm and I took it down to about 30mm. Make sure the rubber reation disc hasn't fallen out, initially mine did, and the brake pedal was extremely sensitive.
