I may be stripping my 1600 and selling the parts of individually. But before I do this I would like to know if anyone is interested in these parts and how much they would pay for them. This is not definite, as I may still sell the car complete if I get the right offer, but I would appreciate any expressions of interest.
Here is a description:
1968 datsun 1600, Jap import(made in Yokahama). 637 white in colour. L20B, head extensively ported and polished, 44mm L28E inlet valves, 38mm exhaust valves. Waggot racing cam. Head decked for high compression (runs on optimax-Avgas ideal). Lynx crossover manifold with 45mm single sidedraught Weber. Large K&N air filter. 4-1 extractors with 2 1/4" exhaust system. 60 amp alternator and electric thermo fan operated by Davies, Craig thermatic adjustable switch. gearbox R30 skyline 5spd. Differential R200 4.4 LSD. Rose-jointed lower control arms, adjustable radius rods, Kmac sway bar, Koni strut inserts, King springs, Nolathane everywhere and a custom polished alloy strut brace. Koni rear dampers with lovell rear springs. Rear suspension has adjustable camber and toe-in. 260Z twin spot front calipers on 200B struts and R31 skyline rear disc brake set up( with custom handbrake cable). 180B brake booster. R30 15" alloys with Silverstone rally tyres.. ! Tidy interior with new black carpet and matching front and rear scorpion seats. Upgraded headlight wiring system.
