Yes its in a bike. These things are insane and so are the riders. The downsides are that the fuel is expensive and the engines are expensive to build and maintain. One lean run can melt the head, valves, pistons, rods and cylinders.Go a little rich and they wet the plug putting out the fire.Bit of a balancing act getting them right depending on the air on the day and night. The noise of them firing at idle is like someone hitting an anvel with a hammer.Building a motor for nitro goes against everything you learn over the years.Nitro loves a low reving long stroke engine. The longer you keep the nitro burning on the power stroke the more power you make. There's a couple of pics of one on the link there is also a couple of pics of one of my favourite drag car which is a twin turboed 190 cu in ford powered hb torana. He drives the car like the pic for the whole 400m. http://www.andrawa.com/wadragracing/multimedia/bennell/bennell.htm
