45 psi for oil pressure is on the high side (warm at idle) any tihng over 20psi at idle is fine as for water temp i only really no degrees so 75 degrees up to about 90 (at idle warm) should be fine. L-series are practically indestrutcible, i once did a burnout in a bluebird
(wrecked) until the water pump blew off into the radiator leaving the bolts in block in tack and the thing keep going (burnout 2nd gear full noise) for about 20 minutes after that. You should be fine to drive it just keep an eye on your guages from time to time
