Kris, When I slipped the motor in a couple of years ago the flywheel had 3 burn marks on it in a triangle formation, so it had been doing a lot of slipping in it's time, due to the incorrect length slave cylinder clutch pin. Maybe the clutch is ok but it's just the burnt flywheel causing the slipping. I have another flywheel here that I will get machined. The front end is still clunking but I am going to take it to a friend who is a steering specialist who will have a look. Didnt have any time this month, I started a new job and had friends staying for 3 weeks. A weird thing about the clunking is when I take off in 1st even if I'm going slow, somethign will clunk from the front end... does that sound like ball joints?
