Another thing to check is that the small catch on the linkage that
keys onto the carby and actually opens the butterfly is done up nice and
tight, and is jammed hard against the carby when it is being tightened,
otherwise eventually you will jam the throttle down, that bit will pop
out, and jam your carbies full open.
