NO !! NO!! NO!! You do not get a free race car log book with your license. The log book belongs to a car, the license is to a person.
You do not need a log booked car unless you are competing in rallies or circuit racing or road registering a race car. I think your mistaking the license itself for a log book. The license looks like a passport or old fashioned bank book. Hill climbs that is, I went to an dirt hillclimb a while ago, need a few more requirements though, needed bonnet pins, fire extingusher, ankle to wrist clothing, a helmet and everything had to be removed from the car, contents of the glove box, jack, spare tire, everything. Just as well cause some guy rolled his Celica, wouldn't want things flying around in a roll over. Those requirements aside, the car was still my daily driver and road legal. I was a member of the Gippsland Car Club, great club that, has about 300 members and owns its own hillclimb track and motorkana area.
