I have had a look through the archives for some info on 200b/180b controls into a 1600.
I understand there are some options.
IE use the 200b column with switch assemblies for headlights, wipers, indicators etc
I just want to know what year model column should use, what I need from the donor car and what box I should use? 120Y, 200b, 180b or the old 1600.
I have a 1600 spear column at the moment and if I am going to replace this I thought i should see what is available.
I understand to fit the 200b gear I need to cut the fit the rubber grommet support, drill new holes for the column support bracket and then the wiring of the switches.
This is all??
