I havent ever really looked hard at gearbox oils, is there a particular weight that I should be using in the mix, and are there different grades of auto fluid (having never owned an auto)? Also have any of you ever tried any of the additives that are meant to be good for worn gearboxes, like the ones with teflon and all that crap in them? My only experience is with engine oil additives, and I am of the opinion that most of them dont do much at all?
