Mate, mine is really advanced,(L16) 12-15 deg, dont know if this is a
problem
maybe it can damage the engine if too advanced ?
bear in mind that i am running twin su's with electric fuel pump with very
rich mix.

Depends on,,,,all sorts of things.

But best bet is to "drive In tune" as you go Sure means lots of stops and
starts but very much worth it.

it takes(took) me all day to tune a 510 when the owner waints max out put
...

By ear is the best bet much better than any scope (I'm gonna get shit from
deaf people about this).

Why dont you play with your car your self??? its not hard wheres the
computer?????it ant got one..

Buy a couple of books,,and a couple of spanners..

if the car is running,,or if its not start here...

Lossen of the dizzy bolts a wee tad so you can move the dizzy by hand,,get
someone to wind it over on the key,as you move the dizzy around by hand
slowly till the car fires ,then get your mate to bring up the revs a tad to
say 1000Rpm then move the dizzy left to where the pitch changes, then move it
back the other way till it goes the other way(by ear) then put back in the
middle,,go for a drive,,,,,maybe advance a tad ,,

got the idea ??

its not hard and that why this is a reallly cool list..

Malcolm
