This is a word for word rip from the pulsar.org site as I think Dan says it best and there is no need to rehash good stuff.... Basically Have a read of this and post what you think... we may want to discuss or change these guidelines for our own usage.... but from where I stand they are just fine with me.... Read Away... i've noticed that some other brisbane forums have had trouble with cops reading their forums and finding out about illegal activities being organised on their site. this is not going to happen on the pulsar group forums. a lot of us have big stickers on the back of our car, so they're probably aware of this website.. two things. #1: do not discuss illegal activity on here. at all. take it somewhere else. i dont want the cops associating us with street racing. many have put a lot of hard work into this site and this group and we dont want it ruined. #2: do not discuss cruise destinations on here. for thursday nights and organised cruises please do not disclose where we are heading. our meeting place will be free to all, and the destination will be divulged to all that meeting place, but not online. this is not because we are participating in illegal activity, because we will not, but because we dont want to cause any trouble with the cops or receive any trouble. if you have any good ideas for places to go and hang out (such as where we went last night) then pm me and let me know. ps: i know that we dont currently have any problems with illegal stuff being posted on the forums, so please excuse me if you think i'm over-reacting a tad.. this is just a warning so nothing happens. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------- anyone that decides they are too good for the above rules will be dealt with harshly. you have been warned. This was also part of the posting and I don't know how we will handle it at this stage, but I think everyone will agree that no cops is a benefit for everyone here so these guidelines would be adhered to by most ppl on this forum anyway.... Any comments/questions/queries please forward them onto me..... This would mean basicaly for those that don't want to read the whole thing or can't be bothered, that only the initial meeting point is to be mentioned online with everyone then finding out/discussing the cruise destinations for the night on the night and in person. Also after the cruise, destinations should not be mentioned online as they then rule that destination out for following weeks etc.... Examples...... Acceptable postings under these guidelines would be.. "wow last night was great, got plenty of driving and we managed to stop for a chat for a bit then cruised north or south blah blah blah...." Unacceptable postings under this rule include.... "wow last night was great we met at Milton Officeworks then headed out to Blah street for some street drags... so and so got some great launches and flew past us at the top end of 3rd gear.... man is sounded sweet...."
