The police said he has a witness,,1.(his co road worker) My wife was sitting in my car,but the police didnt want here statment.I'n fact the police man was very unhappy with her because here story of what happened is about 98% the same as mine, only difference being ,I dont think the road worker touched my car when he jumped sideways to be in my path, donna says when he jumped in front of the car ,I stopped and didnt hit him but he did put his hands down on my bonnet,The police man said the worker put his hands on my bonnet to brace himself thats when he was liffted off the road over two feet.
6 foot man lifted off the road with lots of force ,via a alloy car bonnet with no dents?. Good part about the injuries, The guy stayed at work all day and was their the next day as well. Thanks for that I'll piont that out to the lawyer, I have also noted ,road cone placement on all the other days,(None) ,thats even with concrete trucks parked on the foot path, the intersection would be on the top 3 in christchurch with the most volume per hour 24/7.
