Justin I just fitted a set of 16x7 a week ago. With 205/45/16 yoki 359's.
I originally had 13x6's on it. I found the 13x6's with 205 rubber was a bit sloppy (rubber to wide for the wheels) I have absolutely no clearance issues with 240k struts and extended control arms. The wheels are 25mm offset. There is about 8mm clearance between the tyre and strut and there seems to be plenty on the guards as well. I think my guards are rolled. you wouldn't want to go wider than a 205 tyre. I has expecting the ride to be much firmer however there wasn't all that much difference. Maybe due to the fact I was running higher tyre pressures in the 13's. Hope a bit of this helps.
