RE: z20 and z 18

The Z18 has air passage holes on the inlet side of the block, the other Z 
series engine head gasket dont seem to have these, and also the Z18 has a 
big water passage to the rear of the block.

I use Z20 head gasket and just hole punch these out, works fine for me.

hi, can a   z20 head gasket be used on a z18?
i have a z20 gasket but not quiet sure about some coolant passages though ?
any modifying to do?
