Anyone know of suppliers of a compact water-to-air intercooler that
sits in the standard intake pipe located across the front of FJ20ET? Or
am I wasting my time with such a set-up? Car is 1600 running about
10psi for 130rwkw ATM (no IC)

Got my little supra IC yesterday and removed chrome bits on Datsun to
see how it fits (unbelievably fiddling thanks to pop-rivets holding
grille to headlight surrounds, tricky to spanner off the bolts hold the
centre grille on, I can hardly get to them!)
Anyway at this stage with the donor wreck parked nose in to my street
car, to observe for template to cut the pipe holes, but there's nothing
to cut out since mine has all been neatly widened to expose N13 Pulsar
radiator to cool air. Also bit tight around the intake and radiator
in-let. (donor car ran z18t with stock rad).

Pretty much giv! e up on this I think, yes I give-in easily, but only
because I remember a neat water IC done in a white Fj20 1600 years ago
in Fastfours or similar.
