the kit is about half way down.
 
I am not sure about the price. Baz said around the 1000 mark and that was modified to fit a 1600 with sr20det. He recommends the gtir radiator as well. I guess the big diff is wether or not you want to cut too much out of the front of your car to fit an i/c and if you want to attract too much attention.
