Guys, Blew the 280Z 5-spd gearbox which was behind the L28 in my 240Z. Have been told the CA18DET gearbox will bolt to the 280Z bell housing (though I can't remember if they are even two-piece gearboxes,).
So, what sort of a gearbox is the CA18? Will it handle 300rwhp ish? Brass/steel synchros? Just after anyones experiences with them really.
