LOL -
I've been using the coffee bean can model for quite some time now, (not an
instant coffee tin model, this is the real high octane coffee tin). I've only
had one scrutineer ever take more than a cursory glance at it. These come out of
the box with a very nice design so they look a bit prettier than Mick's cordial
bottle but that's about all - both models are very functional. A coffee bean tin
is good if you can get hold of one as they come with a removable &
re-sealable lid with clamps so you can easily service the critter, as in empty
out the oil (never seems to be much in mine anyway but it sure cuts down the
smells) & wash out steel wool with petrol/degreaser etc. What I did see
in one of those links is the use of a baffle to give separate inlet & vent
chambers, now that would improve my design me thinks - I'm going to give that a
go and see what it does.
Regards
Terry
