I am studying "the art of Weber Jetting" from Des Hammill's great book on
setting them up, so a bit of a guess here.

Assuming you are running an L16, or 400cc per cylinder, as the weber tuning
guide would work it out.

Choke size is OK, and you should have a 4.5 auxiliary venturi.
Your Main/emulsion/air correction jetting sounds OK, maybe a bit rich for
400cc cylinders, probably good for high revving burnouts. Rule of thumb is
the air correction (at the top emulsion tube) should be a bit larger the
main jet (at the bottom of the emulsion tube).

The critical one for road use is the idle jet, as this is the one that keeps
you going 90% of the time. Not so important for burnouts.

The 50 size pump jet is usually recommended but some tuners use a "nil" (no
bleed back hole) jet to keep more fuel flowing when the accellerator pump
jet is operating.

Give it a run with the jettings you have and tell us what is not working
well, ie does it hesitate just off idle or run out of revs too early,
missfire at certain revs etc. Then we can work out what part of the jetting
is not ideal.

I just remembered, the Hames Weber/SU tuning manual has a table of all
jettings for an L16 engine fitted with twin 40mm DCOEs. It would be well
worth looking up if you can get a copy from a library (I think its in
appendix 4 (page 52?) from memory - listed as Datsun P510.

Webers get very expensive to figure out - today I spent my second $100 on
minor parts to repair just one 45mm DCOE, and I haven't bought a single jet
or choke!
