Good info!

I have heard of Link, dont know what types of engines they specialise in do
you?

I was told by a Datrally customer whose engine I purchased,  that Datrally
used to set up this engine after a rebuild with chokes and jets selected
from experience and road testing.  Their tuner had great knowledge and many
years of experience in setting up webers on Datsuns.  He used basic
diagnostic equipt to set up and fine tune, and road testing for checking.
There is no doubting that the result is pretty good as this engine goes
really hard throughout the power rev range, yet is still tractable and pulls
without fuss from 1100RPM (Cam is only 72 degrees).

Powerplay (formerly Datrally) seem to be well respected in the carby repair
industry as the place to go when you want to tune a Datsun L series motor
fitted with webers (after rebuilding them).  I didnt know they used a dyno!
My carby repair shop friend says Datrally are cheaper than self tuning by
trial and error and having to buy full sets of jets, chokes etc.
