I will tell you my pet hate, and as far as I'm concerned its a million
times worse than neons, is those friggin fog lights on the excels!! They
should start doing people for leaving those on, especially in the wet!

Not exactly sure what the problem is with neons - I was following a P
plater that had a neon of some sort on while mobile a few weeks back - it
was sort of annoying to me but not dangerous. Anyhow, you guessed it,
spotted by a cop & pounced on - blues, twos, big light 'em up U turn the
works. The U turn by the cops was more of a danger than the neon, I don't
know what sort of tyres they run in Canberra but that sure light up & smoke
real good.
