I think any lights facing forward and higher than the headlights are

Were the lights blue? The cops seemed to clamp down on those blue lights
that were embedded in the windscreen squirters a while back, and I was told
that it was because blue lights were reserved for emergeny etc vehicles?
That is really just rumor though. Is it Brad on this list that works as a
cop? Any idea on the rules?
