How big (diameter) are the the ports on the A87 head you have?

well i open the sump of the L18 engine which has the A87 head.On the crank its got A87 stamped on it.
now what is this for.is it for any good.also does anyone of you know who can port and polish the A87 head for me.i can send it over,also how much it will cost me.
