That's the standard size U67 port, there are some later model Bluebird L20B 38mm heads out there but they're getting hard to find and when you do they've usually had the maximum plane treatment. I was actually able to order a VRS for a 38mm L18SSS A87V912 many moons ago from the local dealer - haven't seen one listed any place for a long time though - easy fixed if req'd, just punch out the ports to 38mm on the stock gasket and you're in business.
