More than likely spark plugs or boost leak, try
running NGK BCPR6ES gapped at 0.8 mm

hi, a friend of mine has as r33 rb25 skline
with r34 turbo that he is looking at / fixing,at about 8 lb
boost its fine but at about 12 lb boost , there seems to be a bit of
missing, / surging ( VERY slight ) .
any clues as to whats wrong ? spark plugs
