That's downright rude. Here, they just run out in front of you on the freeway and make you do a brake test - if you don't clean one them up in the process you pass. I said to a woman that did it to me one time that she's got some ticker for running out there with a wand in her hand in front of a 35 yo car doing 110 kph. Breath testers do it all the time, I said to one the other night, you guys have just gotta pull the Datto in every time - he just smiled and said "count to ten" - it's all part of the games they play, but we're better of with them out there than not.
