From memory, the Z tops are smaller in diameter than the Bluey strut springs and tops so they don't simply bolt in..

You could make up a simple adapter/mounting plate to suit.  Bolt it into the Bluey strut tower.  This plate could have slotted holes to bolt the strut to. The slots would allow camber and caster adjustment, as you will have more room in the tower to move the strut around with the smaller diameter Z springs.

Subject: 260z strut towers in bluebird

Hi All

Just wondering if anyone can tell me if I will have any problems with putting 260z strut towers straight into my bluebird rally car? Got some with brakes & everything & adjustable spring platforms for $150 off ebay .. so I’m happy!!

Cheers
