does memcache PHP client take care of the difference between crc32 results on 32 and 64 bit platforms?

I know from experience that PHP doesn't always produce the same results 
from crc32 function on 32 and 64 bit platforms.

Was this taken care of in memcache PHP clients ? 

I'm using Version 3.0.4 and Version 3.0.5 to access the same memcache 
cluster from various ubuntu machines. some of them 32 bit and some 64 bit.
