MENDELE Yiddish Language and Literature Personal Notices and Announcements June 2, 2009 To minimize wear and tear on the untershames, three requests: 1. Send time-sensitive notices well in advance. 2. Send material as plain text: no HTML, other coding, or attachments. 3. Correspond directly with the person who or organization which has posted the notice, *not* with your ever-beleaguered untershames. ______________________________________ From: [email protected] Date: 5/6/2009 3:59 AM
Rivke Margolis (Mendele 18.26), looking for course books for her Yiddish film course, remarked that she could not get the distributor of When Joseph Met Molly to supply Canada. As the publisher of the book, I do need to supply a partial correction. When Joseph Met Molly is available internationally, just that with only 75 copies left I am unwilling to supply a Canadian bookshop from Britain on sale or return or on consignment as requested. I am happy to supply shops - and of course individuals - everywhere on firm sale, either direct or via distributors.
